We’ve now made finding your perfect loads effortless.When setting up a new preferred search, simply check the ‘Get Instant Match Alerts’ box next to the ‘search’ button, and we’llimmediately send you an email when a matching load becomes available. Instant alerts on preferred lanes = instantly booking your ideal loads.

Easily refill your truck after drop off with reload recommendations.

Say goodbye to deadhead backhauls and out-of-the-way pickups.Now when you book a load, you’ll see suggested Reloads that pick up where the previous load drops off—no searching required. Plus, you’ll get more recommended Reloads on the left hand column on the Load Matches page. Hover over the new search capacity for ‘Reload’, and a badge will appear to indicate that the search is for a reload.

Skip check calls. Manage and dispatch loads 100% online.

Put down the phone to pick up the pace. Keep your fleet moving all online—without the need for inefficient check calls—right from our new Manage Loads page, where you can:

• assign drivers and trucks to shipments
• dispatch loads directly in the platform

Coming February 2023: High performing carriers get the best freight.

To reward high performing carriers and help ensure the best customer service to shippers, effective February 15th, the Book Now feature for some loads will only be available to carriers who meet certain service standards. Applicable loads will show the required service standards as well as how your current service scores.All carriers can still submit a bid regardless of their service scores. And don’t worry, you can raise your service scores over time to ensure you have access to the best freight we have to offer.
